Gary Hardwick has built successful media, creative services and marketing businesses across the globe. He was co-founder of Ikon Communications, Australia’s most awarded independent agency, which he grew to over $550M in billings. Ikon won best media agency five times and best overall communications agency in Australia twice. In the last 6 years, he’s founded & launched Noble People, AdAge’s small agency of the year, Together Co, a branding innovation company in Sydney, and Black Fox Coffee, an artisanal coffee business in NYC.

A veteran film, television and digital executive, Rob Green most recently served as SVP, Creative for Conde Nast Entertainment, where he oversaw 28X year-on-year growth in video viewership, and created branded and original entertainment that garnered 14 award nominations. Previously, Rob launched Huff Post Live on the West Coast and served as a producer and development executive in the film and television industry, helping shepherd films such as Stuart Little, Gladiator and Minority Report.

A publisher, technology entrepreneur and innovation strategist, Chris Kincade spent much of the last decade designing and building advanced media technologies. As CEO and co-founder of OpenTopic, he developed the pioneering SaaS marketing platform now partnered with IBM Watson. Prior to going digital, Chris was CEO and Creative Director for Elements of Living magazine, and packaged books for Clarkson-Potter, McGraw-Hill, Watson-Guptill and more. He is also a screenwriter and experience designer.

Dick Soule has been bringing emerging media products to market for over a quarter century. As head of global sales for YouTube, he played a key role developing their sponsorship and media programs. He was the driver of YouTube’s largest programs, generating well over  $200M in sales, including $50M+ in 2014 for YT’s Super Bowl AdBlitz. Dick has also held senior sales and leadership roles for Samsung, Sony Pictures and MTV Networks, among others.

With three degrees from MIT, Mark has spent his career launching and fixing new technologies for startups, Fortune 500s, and academic institutions. Startup ventures have included a wireless application platform, online advertising, lead generation, OLAP, media, entertainment, and new language development. Mark was instrumental in launching ServiceLive.com, Sears online home services labor market; he also helped fix NBC’s online video marketplace (now Hulu).

Njeri is an award-winning integrated marketer, brand strategist and social entrepreneur with over eight years of experience delivering revenue generating marketing solutions for a diverse array of companies, including Diageo, Nickelodeon and Disney. In addition, Njeri’s extensive experience developing brand, user experience, product marketing and customer acquisition strategies for early stage startups equips her with a finely tuned customer-focused perspective.

Chad has produced and directed a wide array of digital and immersive videos for companies such as Omelette, Huff Post Live and Conde Nast Entertainment. An early adopter of Virtual Reality, he has had a hand in many of the medium’s firsts: He served as a producer of the first-ever episodic Hollywood narrative, Invisible; produced the 360 launch video for Vimeo; directed the first live-streamed VR fashion show for Rebecca Minkoff; and developed the first immersive explainer video for Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

A seasoned producer, Meredith Marshall has produced everything from digital videos, film, commercials, photography, live events and virtual reality. Clients have included Lyft, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and the NYC Marathon. Meredith helped produce the first ever live-streaming VR fashion show for Rebecca Minkoff, the first-ever VR series, Invisible, for Conde Nast Entertainment, Samsung and Lexus, as well as the 360 launch video for Vimeo.

After graduating from Brown University, Corey Freeland briefly worked at the world’s largest hedge fund before transitioning into innovation strategy and sales in 2014. His digital content strategies have generated over 6 million subscribers and hundreds of millions of views. Moreover, Corey’s worked with the largest VR hardware and media companies to sell sponsorships and new ad models for future content.

Nico Brugge has been working in the entertainment industry for over a decade. Prior to his time at Ripple, Nico managed development and production for Another Green World Productions, and was an assistant at Alan Alda’s production company, Mayflower Productions. Previously, Nico worked for filmmakers such as Oliver Stone, Ang Lee and Michael Mann. Nico is also a working screenwriter.

Oliver graduated in 2015 from Guilford College with a BA in Psychology with a Minor in Film. Prior to joining Ripple, Oliver worked as a production assistant for New York Road Runners and Starr Media for the New York Marathon as well as a freelance Graphic Designer and Editor for Excitement Studios.

Alana earned her BFA in acting from Marymount Manhattan College and began working in the industry as an actor. Since then, Alana has transitioned into the world of production where she has produced everything from plays, to short films, to documentaries, to commercials. Clients have included Coda, Commercial and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
